ACCESSIBILITY & EVENT FAQ

Are ACF events accessible?

For outdoor concerts and events held at Antenna Cloud Farm, the distance between the accessible parking area (located in front of the main house around the roundabout) and the accessible seating area (located on the upper lawn facing the stage) is approximately 200 feet, and spans a relatively flat expanse of mowed lawn. Portable restrooms, including an ADA-compliant unit, are available to guests and located next to the accessible parking area.

Our indoor concerts are accessible and open to all. Thank you for notifying us in advance if you or your guest will be attending in a wheelchair and/or requires accessible concert seating.

Please feel free to contact us at info@antennacloudfarm.com to discuss options, details, or to schedule a site visit.

How should I prepare for my experience at ACF?

For outdoor concerts, the ACF hilltop is open 60 minutes prior to the concert start time. Bring a picnic or take a stroll before the show! We encourage you to bring a lawn chair or blanket, bug spray, a hat (especially for afternoon concerts), and any other items that will support your outdoor concert experience. Please, no glassware or dogs (medical or service animals are permitted). First aid kit available on site.

For indoor events, doors to the concert space open 30 minutes prior to the concert start time.

Once a ticket is purchased online, you are all set to go. We will have your name on a list at the door, so NO printed ticket or ID is required for entry.

IMPORTANT TO KNOW:

  • Refunds will NOT be issued in cases where an ACF event shifts to its rain date and/or alternative rain location. Thank you for considering this before purchasing your ticket/s.

  • Tickets are available either online or at the door. Note that the door price is slightly higher, but minus an Eventbrite ticketing fee.

  • Advanced purchase online recommended for indoor events. (We will update our website and notify our mailing list if an indoor concert is close to selling out.)

  • The Reduced Rate is a ticket option for guests who find General Admission to be cost-prohibitive. Please choose this option if you would otherwise not be able to afford to attend a concert.

  • We are proud to participate in the Card to Culture program, a collaboration between Mass Cultural Council and the Department of Transitional Assistance, the Women, Infants & Children (WIC) Nutrition Program, and the Massachusetts Health Connector, by breaking down the financial barriers to cultural programming. Click through to see complete lists of participating organizations offering EBT, WIC, and ConnectorCare discounts. Cardholders may purchase $10 tickets to any Antenna Cloud Farm concert.

  • Please note that there will likely be a photographer present at this event. While event photography will be focused primarily on performing artists, photos of the landscape and audience may also be captured and could be used in publicity materials. If you have any questions or concerns around this, please reach out to ACF staff at any time at info@antennacloudfarm.com.

What is the COVID/health policy?

Outdoor concerts take place in a spacious outdoor location, and masking is optional. The indoor concert space seats 60-70 people, and is intimate, but well-ventilated. Masking is encouraged, but optional. Please stay home if you have symptoms or are feeling ill.
