GENERAL INFORMATION
ACCESSIBILITY:
For outdoor concerts and events held at Antenna Cloud Farm, the distance between the accessible parking area (located in front of the main house around the roundabout) and the accessible seating area (located on the upper lawn facing the stage) is approximately 200 feet, and spans a relatively flat expanse of mowed lawn. Portable restrooms, including an ADA-compliant unit, are available to guests and located next to the accessible parking area.
Our indoor concerts are accessible and open to all. Thank you for notifying us in advance if you or your guest will be attending in a wheelchair and/or requires accessible concert seating.

For ACF outdoor shows: Refunds will NOT be issued in cases where an ACF event shifts to its rain date and/or alternative rain location. Thank you for considering this before purchasing your tickets.
Once a ticket is purchased online, you are all set to go. We will have your name on a list at the door, so NO printed ticket or ID is required for entry.
The Reduced Rate is a no-questions-asked ticket option for guests who find General Admission to be cost-prohibitive. Please choose this option if you would otherwise not be able to afford to attend the event.
The Card to Culture rate applies to any WIC, EBT, or ConnectorCare cardholder. This program is the nation’s most comprehensive effort to expand cultural access for low-income and working families, and is run by Mass Cultural Council in partnership with the Department of Transitional Assistance, Massachusetts Health Connector, and the Women, Infants, & Children (WIC) Nutrition Program.
GENERAL EVENT INFO:
The ACF hilltop grounds are open 90 minutes prior to the concert start time. For indoor concerts, House Doors are open 30 minutes prior to the concert start time.
Feel free to bring a picnic or take a stroll before the show! Please, no glassware or dogs (registered medical or service animals are permitted). We encourage you to bring a lawn chair or blanket, bug spray, a hat (especially for afternoon concerts), and any other items that will support your outdoor concert experience. First aid kit available on site.
Please note that there will likely be a photographer present at this event. While event photography will be focused primarily on performing artists, photos of the landscape and audience may also be captured and could be used in publicity materials. If you have any questions or concerns around this, please reach out to ACF staff at any time at info@antennacloudfarm.com.
KIDS:
Children of all ages are very welcome at ACF outdoor concerts, where there’s lots of room to roam and explore, and to stretch out while enjoying the concert. (Keep an eye out for kid-centered ACF events!) We ask that caregivers keep an eye on their kids during the performance to make sure there are no loud noises within earshot of the audience or performers. Concerts that take place in Antenna Cloud Farm’s indoor venue provide an opportunity for audience members to experience artists more intimately, and to allow for deeper listening and engagement. For this reason, indoor concerts are typically not recommended for children 6 and younger, or for any kids who may feel uncomfortable being cooped up in a chair for an hour!
COVID AND SAFETY:
Outdoor concerts take place in a spacious outdoor location, and masking is optional. The indoor concert space seats 60-70 people, and is intimate, but well-ventilated. Masking is encouraged, but optional. Please stay home if you have symptoms or are feeling ill.
